All orders made before 1pm Sydney Time will be posted out the same business day. Any order after this time or orders made on weekends or Australia public holidays will be posted the next business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number is sent to your email address at 6pm AEST. From this email, you can click the tracking number and find out the location and estimated arrival date of your parcel.
