Shipping

Within Australia:

Orders under $50 - $4.99 shipping charge ($7.99 Express Post Option)
Orders over $50 - Free shipping ($4.99 Express Upgrade Option)

All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel which is trackable. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

If your order is urgent please choose Express Post. With Express Post most major cities/towns in Australia will receive the package the next business day (following dispatch), this is subject to the delivery address being within the "Next Business Day Express Post Network".

Cities/Towns outside of the "Next Business Day Express Post Network" will receive their orders as per Australia Post's service conditions - "fastest possible delivery on a non-guaranteed basis". Please refer to the Australia Post website for further details.

Please note any delivery instructions placed under "Special Instructions" field during checkout may be printed on your postage label, however cannot be guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery service. We recommend shipping to an address where you will be available to receive the parcel in person. If you are not at your delivery address, Australia Post will "safe drop" the parcel in accordance with their default service agreement. 

If you have an urgent requirement, please email or phone us and request priority processing.

International:

Air Mail  - AU$9.99 - Typically takes between 5 - 14 days 
Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) - AU$29.99 (1-3 working days, full tracking ability)

If you have an urgent requirement or require your products by a certain date, we suggest you select DHL Express Shipping as Air Mail can experience delays, depending on the international post network, customs, etc.

We regularly ship to the UK, USA, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and The Netherlands.

Tax and import duty's may be levied by your local customs office or postal service. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be.

Exchanges:

Products can be exchanged for another item in our range at the cost of admininstration & postage charges. The original products must be returned in new condition within 14 days of receiving the product.

If you wish to make an exchange, please email info@cuffed.com.au and you will be provided with an Exchange Reference Number and a return address. Upon receipt of the original product and payment, the exchanged item will be shipped.

Returns

Products can be returned in new condition for a full refund (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed back to the purchaser and in accordance with the original payment method. 

If you wish to make a return, please email info@cuffed.com.au and you will be provided with a Return Reference Number and return address. Upon receiving and inspecting the goods, your refund will be issued via the same means that you made your original purchase.
